The Kingsgate 5 Pool opens May 24th at noon!

Summer 2025 Hours

May 24th - June 25th

Weekdays 4pm - 6pm

Weekends 12pm - 8pm

June 26th - September 1st

Weekdays 12:30pm - 8pm

Weekends 12pm - 8pm

Closed for Gator meets: 6/19, 6/26, 7/1, 7/10, 7/15.

Adults Hour

Adults only hour, every Wednesday night from 7pm-8pm (18+). Starting July 2nd.

Pool Parties and Rentals

Reservations made at pool by HOA/Pool pass holder only.

Parties and rentals are available for HOA or Pool Pass members, and they must be present at the party.

Parties over 25 people must notify the manager 1 week in advance, due to needing a 3rd guard. Also, an additional $75 dollars for the party will be charged.

You can have outside food or drink, no alcohol.

Floaties and toys are allowed for parties only.

Prices: $125 for one hour, $250 for 2 hours.

Reservations: Begin May 24th, with a 2-week advance notice required, subject to manager approval.

Dates/times:

Bookings for 1 or 2 hour parties.

May 31st - June 26th - Weekends 10am-12pm, and 8pm-10pm.

June 27th - Sept 1st - Weeknights 8pm-10pm, Weekends 10am-12pm, and 8pm-10pm.

Rules

View our pool rules online or visit the front desk for a copy. All of our lifeguards are authorized to eject anyone from the pool grounds for any reason at anytime.

Passes

Each year we sell a limited number of pool passes to outside members. The pass is for your current household members. If you were a 2024 Pool Pass member and wish to renew your membership please download the form with payment of $748.00 and mail to:

We are sold out of pool passes for the 2025 pool year. If you'd like to join the waitlist for a 2026 pool pass, please check back on our website in January.

Guests and Guest Fees

We allow 4 guests per household (HOA and pool pass holders. The cost is $6 per guest.

We allow grandchildren for free, with HOA members; they count toward the 4 people allowed per visit.

Lessons

Lessons sign-up will be online, beginning in June.

Lessons are open to the public, with no refunds.

Cost: $125 per kid for group lessons (4-5 kids per group) Age 4 and up.

Levels: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5+ (unsure where your child belongs? read a detailed description of each level)

Times: 10:00am-12:00pm, 25 min sessions for 9 days.

Session 1: June 30th - July 10th.

Session 2: July 14th - July 24th.

Session 3: July 28th - August 7th.

Session 4: August 11th - August 21st. (tentative, if we have enough instructors)

Preschool Lessons

Lessons sign-up will be online, at the end of May.

This is for the ages of 2 to 4yrs and will be in two different sessions.

The cost will be $80 for each session; pay when you arrive.

Session 1: June 9th-June 13th 1pm-3pm time slots.

Session 2: June 16th-June 20th 1pm-3pm time slots

Swim Team

We are proud to host the Kingsgate Gators swim team at our pool! This team is open to all homeowners and pool pass purchasers ages 6-18.

Lifeguards

We have 2 certified lifeguards on duty at all times. No one under the age of 7 will be allowed in the deep end without an adult. A swim test will be given to all other young swimmers before being allowed in the deep end.

Children who are 9 and older and have passed the swim test may come to the pool by themselves. Artificial swimming aids are only allowed in the pool when accompanied by an adult. All of our lifeguards are authorized to eject anyone from the pool grounds for any reason at anytime.
